Excellent Start to 2009

  AN EXCELLENT START                               

Who would believe it.  The best start to a flying season since anyone can remember.  As at 11th Jan we had flown every day of the new year at the Airpark.  Ten people have enjoyed day tasters and two have signed up for the full course which is excellent.

Andy reports that everyone who has booked in to fly Paragliders, Paramotors, Microlights and Hang gliders has got their feet off the ground and we have even signed off a few ratings.

Matt was an excellent and very laid back instructor and the day flew by. We were both impressed with the amount of progress we were able to make in both the morning and afternoon sessions, even if my winch commands invariably ended in "All aboard" much to the amusement of the guys waiting patiently for a tow! Our competitive streaks soon both came to the fore!
