Youngest Ever CPC?
Luke Bullous qualified as paragliding CPC (tos) at the age of 16 years & a week! Although Luke reached the required standard last year, he had to reach the age of 16 before getting his qualification.
With three perfect high flights and circuits, he proved his capability and gained his "wings".
