It gets better!
Elementary and Club pilot rating - 3 day bonanza
Just when I thought the beginning of 2009 was as good it as it was possible to get after last week's winter wonderland, the snow melted and gave us 3 of the best days I have ever had of teaching using a winch. To say the conditions were perfect to teach paragliding and hang gliding would be a understatement..........and we had the students turning up to prove it!

What is really nice about this, is that his dad, Nick Chitty, is a long time hang glider and microlight pilot and he turned up just in time to see his son complete his first high flight and circuit. He is a great believer in the Airpark System of teaching and how it produces good quality pilots.
To add to that, there was a bag full of paragliding with Blaise, Paul and Geoff all completing their EPC in just 2 days, then Geoff stayed a further day to complete his tasks for CPC rating.
Well done to all you guys for making the most out of what was a top 3 day weather window.
We also have a new arrival at the Airpark - a single-seater flexwing microlight it is the Ace Aviation Magic Laser that not only looks great, but performs as well with a cruising speed of 55mph and priced to be a hit in these hard times. It could be the real answer for someone who wants to learn to fly, but still be left with the money to eat at the end of it, Come have a look for yourself.
It looks as if the next flying weather window could be as soon as Wednesday, so lets do it.
Get booked in.
Get flying.
