High Pressure
If ever there was a week to start flying, this is it. There is the biggest high pressure system coming off the South Atlantic that I have seen since the heat wave of 1976.
For those of you who don‘t know about the weather, high pressure usually brings dry, stable and warm conditions with light winds; and that says one thing to me -FLYABLE.
I am posting a synoptic chart to this blog, so you know what a fabulous forecast looks like on a chart!
I would like to welcome Trevor Elliot who join us for a 2 day paragliding taster last week and has now signed up for the Club Pilot course. I know he is looking forward even more so to this summer now.
Sunday was great with the busiest day this year so far at the Airpark. There was every discipline of flying taking place - Judy started with the tandem hang glides at 9 am and from there everything was in the air.
So its looking really good for this week – let‘s get in and fly.
Regards
Andy
